Gece Cumartesi gununun yemek menusunu hala tamamlayamadik. Son iki tarifim kaldi. Biri corba, digeride ana yemegimiz. Iste ana yemegimiz bu. Hem kolaydi, hemde lezzetli. Yemegin suyu, yemekle ayni seviyede olsun. Yarim ay seklinde dogradiginiz domatesleri, yemegin uzerine dizin ve 250 derece firinda, havuclar yumusayana kadar, yemegi pisirin. Yaninada iki uc kasik suzme yogurt, ohhh misss gibi daha yaninda baska birseye gerek bile yok. Bugun sabahin 08.30'undan beri disaridayim. Derslerim erken basladigi icin sabah erkenden yollara revan olmak epey zor oluyor benim icin. Gece 03.00'e kadar ders calismis biri icin, sabahin ilk isiklarinda kalkmak oldukca zor oluyor, inanin buna. Bugun ders oldukca agirdi, anlamakta gucluk cekmedim desem yalan olur. Bugun yine umitsizlige kapildim su Ingilizce yuzunden ama pes etmeden devam ediyorum. Pirincleri bir iki sefer cevirip, yagla ters yuz edin. Haslanmis nohutlari ilave edin. Uzerine 3 su bardagi kaynar su ekleyip, tuzunu ayarlayin. Kisik ateste suyunu cekene kadar pisirin. Daha sonra derin bir kabin icinde mayayi, 1.5 su bardagi ilik su ve sut karisimi ile eritin. Icine biraz tuz ve sivi yag ekleyip, karistirin. Aldigi kadar unla, iyice yogurun. Hamurun uzerine nemli bir bez ortup, yarim saat dinlendirin. Daha sonra hamurdan 6-7 tane beze yapin ve tepsiye dizin. Bezeleri, merdane yardimiyla, pasta tabagi buyuklugunde acin, yaglanmis servis tapagina koyun. Butun bezeleri bu sekilde acin ve bezelerin hem altini hem ustunu iyice yaglayip, ust uste koyun. Butun bezeleri boyle acip, yagladiktan sonra yarim saat dinlendirin. Carsaf veya sofra bezini yere veya yemek masasina serin. Actiginiz bezelerden birini carsafin uzerine koyun, dikkatlice her tarafindan cekistirerek fotograftaki gibi incecik acin. Ispanakli peynirli harctan actiginiz hamurun uzerine serpistirin ve ortuyu kaldirarak, hamurun iki tarafini, fotograftaki gibi ortada birlestirin. Yagli kagit serilmis veya yaglanmis tepsiye, ister uzunlamasina, ister gul gibi kivrimli, istersenizde dilim dilim keserek yerlestirin. Tum bezelere ayni islemi uygulayip, tepsiye dizin. Uzerlerine yumurta sarisi surun ve 200 derece firinda uzerleri kizarana kadar pisirin. Dun belim cok agridi, o yuzden 21.30'da yattim. Sabahta erken kalkmis oldum, iyi oldu :) Sizde de oluyor mu, merak ettim. Epidural olanlar var mi, aranizda!! Ben yoruldugum zaman, epidural oldugum yer cok agriyor. Dikis yerlerimde hic bir agri olmazken, igne oldugum yerde muthis bir agri oluyor. Gerci ilk yil daha coktu ama merak ettigim icin soruyorum. Benim gibi boyle yasayanlar var mi, bu normal mi?? Donelim aksam ki yemege. Yemek guzel di, muhabbet cok hostu, ancak kalan yemeklerle bugunde misafir alabilirim :) Dunku menunun salatalarindan digeride buydu. Bu salatadan hic kalmadi :) Size yarim olcu tarifini verecegim. 4 kisiye cok rahat yetecek kadar oluyor cunku. Ben 1 kg. suzme yogurtla yaptim, gerci o da kalmadi ama kalabalik degilseniz, yarim kilo yetecektir. Suslemek icin biraz ayirin ve kalanini suzme yogurdun icine ekleyin. 2-3 dis sarimsagi, tuz ile birlikte dovun, naneyide ekleyip, yogurdun icine bosaltin. Biraz zeytin yagi ekleyip, suzme yogurdu iyice karistirip, servis tabagina alin.
